1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mirrorsme website (mirrorsme.ai), the I² OS platform (i2.mirrorsme.ai), or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

2.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile number through our website, platform forms, support workflows, or account onboarding, you agree to receive SMS messages from Mirrorsme related to account access, service operations, support updates, scheduling confirmations, and other service-related communications.

2.2 Opt-Out Policy

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at admin@mirrorsme.ai. Opting out of SMS may limit your ability to receive time-sensitive service notifications.

2.3 Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, active workflows, and support interactions. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.

2.4 SMS Delivery and Availability

SMS delivery depends on third-party telecom providers and carrier networks. Mirrorsme is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or blocked text messages caused by carrier restrictions, outages, or filtering.

3. Definitions

  • "Mirrorsme" refers to Mirrorsme LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
  • "I² OS Platform" refers to our AI agent building, deployment, and orchestration platform.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Services.
  • "Agent" refers to any AI conversational agent built, deployed, or managed through the I² OS Platform.
  • "Content" refers to any data, text, configurations, or materials uploaded to or generated by the platform.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

5. Use of Services

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Services to build, deploy, test, monitor, and manage AI conversational agents for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
  • Deploy agents that generate harmful, misleading, or deceptive content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Use the Services to build competing products or services.
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints.
  • Circumvent security measures, authentication mechanisms, or access controls.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Services, including the I² OS Platform, its architecture, user interface, documentation, and all related technology, are the intellectual property of Mirrorsme LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in our intellectual property.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the Content you upload, create, or configure on the platform. You grant Mirrorsme a limited license to process, store, and transmit your Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

6.3 Agent Outputs

Outputs generated by AI agents built on the platform are subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for reviewing and validating agent outputs before using them in production.

7. Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Third-Party Services

The I² OS Platform integrates with third-party services including AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), communication APIs (WhatsApp), and infrastructure services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. Mirrorsme is not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.

9. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
  • Usage-based charges (e.g., AI model tokens, voice minutes) are billed in arrears.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirrorsme LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mirrorsme in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mirrorsme does not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mirrorsme LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your Content, your agents' outputs, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
  • We will provide a reasonable period to export your data upon request.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
